Mice/Live Mice, Live Roaches and Flies in food and/or non-food areas, Inadequate Personal Cleanliness, Potential Food Contamination, Tobacco Use from Open Container are some of the serious hygiene and sanitation violations that have come out in the May 12, 2011 inspection of Saravanaa Bhavan by the New York City Health Department.
