The NYC Health Dept. inspection report of September 9, 2009 also noted that pesticide use at Bombay Bistro is not in accordance with label or applicable laws.
Fails NYC Health Inspection
Bombay Bistro Indian Restaurant located at 155 East 52nd St in Manhattan received 33 Violation Points in its September 9, 2009 inspection and failed the NYC Health Dept. inspection.
Further, according to NYC Health Dept. inspection report of September 9, 2009, prohibited chemical used/stored and open bait station is used at Bombay Bistro.
