Food Contact Surface at Sukhadia Gokul is not properly maintained, says the New York City Department of Health after conducting a compliance inspection of this Indian restaurant on August 18, 2009.
A compliance inspection of Sukhadia Gokul was conducted on August 18, 2009 by the NYC Health Dept. as this Midtown West Manhattan Indian restaurant failed the earlier NYC Health Dept. inspections of May 21, 2009 and April 21, 2009 after scoring 54 and 40 violation points respectively.

Sukhadia Gokul located at 17 W.45th St of Midtown West Manhattan received 24 Violation Points in its August 18, 2009 inspection and passed the NYC Health Dept. inspection.
To pass the NYC Health Dept. inspection, a restaurant must receive 27 Violation Points or less.

1) Food contact surface not properly maintained.
The NYC Dept. of Health said a Notice of Violation was not issued as a result of this inspection and that the violation point total received by Sukhadia Gokul restaurant is above the average violation point total of 14 for all NYC restaurants on their most recent inspection.
