Food at Mint Fine Indian Cuisine restaurant in NYC is not protected from potential source of contamination during storage, preparation, transportation, display or service, says the New York City Health Department after it inspected the restaurant on March 23, 2009.
To pass the NYC Health Dept. inspection, a restaurant must receive 27 violation points or less.
Mint Fine Indian Cuisine restaurant located on E. 50th Street in Midtown East Manhattan has passed the NYC Health Dept. inspection of March 23, 2009 by receiving 11 Violation Points.
Sanitary Violations observed at Mint during the March 23, 2009 inspection:
1.) Wiping cloths dirty or not stored in sanitizing solution.
2.) Food not protected from potential source of contamination during storage, preparation, transportation, display or service.
The NYC Dept. of Health said a Notice of Violation was not issued as a result of this inspection and that the violation point total received by Mint is below the average violation point total of 16 for all NYC restaurants on their most recent inspection.
